Are walk-ins welcomed?

We welcome walk-ins! However, we do tend to book up quickly during our peak times. Try calling, emailing, or booking online to schedule your appointments in advance. We also have last minute appointments available.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Try to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Give yourself some time to relax, settle in, and enjoy the moments of calm by arriving early to your appointment. Enjoy our cozy and chic reception lounge and feel free to ask us to prepare you a cup of coffee or tea to help flush out any toxins prior to your treatment. 

Do you have parking?

We have complimentary underground parking spaces available for spa guests accessed through the back entrance of the condominium complex. To access the underground parking garage, proceed to the back entrance of the complex and kindly look for Orchid Beauty Bar on the buzzer screen. You must identify yourself as a guest of Orchid Beauty Bar upon parking underground. Additional parking options include complimentary parking at Bayview Village which is a very short walk away! Paid parking is also available across the spa on Sheppard Avenue.

How do I get to you using TTC?

We are conveniently located right on Sheppard Avenue East. We are situated between two very popular Subway stations - Bessarion and Bayview station (line 4). Bessarion station is a short four minute walk away, while Bayview station is a seven minute walk! We are also located right next to a bus stop. We are a corner unit, located right next to a UPS store.

Are cell phones permitted?

We are dedicated to providing all guests with a tranquil environment, so must ask that you silence your cell phones and electronic devices prior to entering the spa. Additionally, to ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Orchid Beauty Bar, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the popularity and demand for Orchid Beauty Bar’s services, we have a strict 12-Hour Cancellation Policy.  If you have booked a treatment(s) and need to cancel or make any changes to your booking(s), you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Groups and Parties must notify us 24 hours in advance of their booking.  Cancellations or no-shows with less than 12 hours’ notice will still be charged at full value.

What is your product return policy?

For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on purchased products. Exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the price of treatments?

Taxes and gratuities are not included in the price of treatments. HST will be added to your total when you check-out. Gratuities are also welcomed, left at your discretion. We kindly accept both cash and card gratuities. 

How do I make group bookings?

If you would like to book a reservation for a party of more than 3 people, please contact us in advance.
